Eira Joanne Tangalin

Eira Joanne Tangalin is an alumna of Philippine High school for the Arts, the only government run secondary school offering full scholarship with special curriculum for the arts. At a young age she has gone intensive training in Classical and Modern Ballet, Choreography and Contemporary dance.

In college, she again received a scholarship as a student-artist for Saint Benilde Romancon Dance Company giving her the opportunity to enter local and international dance competitions. She became a finalist in Seoul International Dance competition and participated in an exchange artist program of La salle College of the Arts Singapore.

After graduating, she pursued her dancing professionally and have been part of major Ballet productions including Swan Lake, Don Quixote, Cinderella, Nutcracker and toured all over the Philippines to showcase masterpieces from National Artist for Dance Alice Reyes, Gener Caringal, Adam Sage, Carlo Pacis and distinguished choreographers of dance. She started extending her craft and her love for kids by teaching Ballet from young to advanced level in private and ballet schools all around Metro Manila including Ballet Philippines Dance School and Cultural Center of the Philippines Dance Workshop.
